OKX SG Trade Only Tokens FAQ

Note: This article is only applicable to OKX Singapore users.

A Trade-only Token is a digital payment token that:

• can be traded on OKX.

• can't be deposited from or withdrawn into external wallets.

What can I do with a Trade-only Token?

Can I buy and sell a Trade-only Token?

Yes. You can buy and sell trade-only tokens just like any other token - through Spot Trading, Convert, or our Simple Buy/Sell. Price discovery and order execution work the same way.

Can I deposit or withdraw a Trade-only Token from my external wallet?

No. Deposits and withdrawals of trade-only tokens aren't supported. Please do not attempt to deposit any trade-only tokens to your OKX account - such deposits will not be credited to your account.

Can I transfer a Trade-only Token to another OKX user?

No. Transfers to other OKX accounts are not supported for trade-only tokens.

What happens if I accidentally deposit a Trade-Only Token?

Please do not deposit trade-only tokens to your OKX SG account. If such a deposit is made, it'll not be credited to your trading balance and cannot be used for any features on OKX SG. The assets will not be accessible for trading or other activities.

How do I check whether a token supports deposits?

Before sending any tokens to your OKX account, please check the Deposit page on the app or web platform and:

1. Search for the token you intend to deposit.

2. If the token supports deposits, the deposit option will be available. If the token is trade-only, the deposit option will not be shown.
